We attach special care to each of our guests and do our best to be available and meet their expectations in a timely. I fully understand that August is the peak season, but the hotel is too busy, but I'm rather prefer the private than overloaded hotel when it looks that the number of guests exceed the capacity. Despite of this, we are delighted that you enjoyed your stay and we thank you for your loyalty. As it was late night and hotel was overbooked we decided not to reception to call the room-change. Restaurant, bar and especially your cleaning staff are superb.
Also, this peak of season, we do our best to answer to all expectations of our guests as soon as possible. When we came to the room it was strange smell - looks like very aggressive cleaning chemicals.
We are glad that you enjoyed your stay thanks to the comfort of our room and our nice buffet american breakfast. As Accor Platinum member I felt that my family and I are expected guests that hotel would like to host in the best way.
